The buying process seemed unnecessary long. The additional $2,500 for window tinting of tinted windows and a hot wax was really hard the accept. It will be a sore subject for quite some time. I will be sure to tell everyone I meet. Salesman David did a fantastic job.

Alex and George were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, outgoing and no pressure sales approach was the key for us doing business with the dealership. Even a couple days after the sale they were willing and eager to help us through some questions about our new truck. Definite keepers in our opinion. Michael was very helpful walking us through all the onboard electronics. I’m sure we’ll be going back to chip away at his vast knowledge of what we consider a very important and valuable part of the truck. I do not like the download of a booklet vs printed booklet in the car. We purchase our car outright and as seniors who are not savvy to a version of a booklet online vs one in the car is an issue for us. I have asked the dealership to print a version for us an mail it. My husband who is disabled has issues with using his phone to know how the car works. I am still waiting for the mailing of the booklet printout I requested

2026 Sierra 1500 Denali Duramax Purchase Experience Overview I am very satisfied with my experience purchasing the 2026 Sierra 1500 Denali Duramax. The process involved multiple team members, each of whom contributed to making the transaction smooth and accommodating my family's needs. Sales Process I initially worked with Jake Batty online, who assisted with my inquiries and preferences. Later, I continued the process in person with Alex Bird at the dealership. Although my preferred truck had already been sold, Adam Bird was able to facilitate a dealer trade from Prescott, ensuring I could get the vehicle I wanted. Accommodations and Accessibility Living in Havasu and having a wife who uses a wheelchair made extra trips to the dealership difficult. The staff took this into consideration and provided thoughtful accommodations. When we arrived on January 22, 2026, the dealership's computer system was temporarily down. Alex responded by allowing us to take the truck home with dealer plates, postponing paperwork until the system was restored. We returned on January 23 to finalize the sale and completed further discussions with Adam Bird on February 3.

Got in right on time. Had a nice welcome from Rick. Waited a short time...less than an hour. No problem. Was notified inside air cleaner needed replacement. Agreed. Short time later Rick indicated car was done. Went to pay. He found that I could use my GM card points and turned me on to the fact I had many points, which I was happy with. Thanks Rick. GM card points paid for my oil change, tire rotation, lube, and air cleaner. I left and was going down the hill toward Laughlin and I noticed a bunch of stuff on the front passenger floor in front of the seat....looked like a filter. Stopped on the side of road and found that the new cabin air filter was on the floor along with it's housing, so I turned around and went back to Findlay. Contacted Rick and told him. He called his manager and had him get the technician (who had installed the filter) to come out and fix the problem. Took 30 seconds max. Technician apologized for the gaff. No biggie to me. Got home and checked the user data on the infotech system....oil level was at 33%....had not been reset....I reset it to 100% myself. Looked at tire pressure....all 41 PSI....door says it should be 36 PSI. Called Rick and he says it's normal to set PSI higher in this area due to weather fluctuations in this area. OK. Failure to reset OIL indicator after an oil change is a little disconcerting.....ie: did he change the oil??? I assume that he did. Left Findlay thinking auto tech might have been under pressure to stick to a clock......can only guess. I'm not angry and will go back to Findlay for sure. Part of this is my fault for not checking the car out before I left, since it's a new vehicle......part of it might be Rick's for not making sure all the work was done (should he???), and maybe there was undue pressure on the tech or that he didn't follow all the steps needed to complete the job. Don't know, but I will look things over more clearly from now on....and that's a good thing.

When i bought my truck i was told and I asked for the best warranty I could buy. I was told after 2 things weren't covered that I had to pay for out of pocket. And that I didn't have the top tier warranty. I'm still waiting to hear from anybody at Findlay as to how this happened.

I came in to have decals replaced with ones I ordered from GM. They left glue on my car and did not clean it off. While I was there they told me that I had some recalls they were going to Take care of. Ok, no big deal. A few days later I received a call from the service department wanting to know what was the year of my car. When I told him it was a 25, he asked me what I did with the 23. I’m not sure why I own anyone an explanation as to what I do with my vehicles. He then stated that the recalls were for the 23 not the 25 and he laughed. CLEARLY, when I drove in that morning they should have been able to see that I am not driving a 2023 white Tahoe. He stated he would change it after that visit and he didn’t. Horrible communication and horrible customer service.

I came in because when you backed up, it felt like I was running over a rock or something and I didn’t know that my 4 x 4 was on and that was the problem but instead they charge me 197 for a diagnostic, but they knew the 4 x 4 was on all they had to do is turn it off Drive the truck to see if it was still making the noise but no they put it up looked at it and charged me that much money and then want to do a front alignment and I already had a front alignment so that’s all that was wrong with it. It’s not right what they did. He knew I had a front alignment from advanced automotive. so before I went to Finley, I had an appointment Wednesday. I went on Friday the week before to see if something was wrong with the front alignment so they did another front alignment and he couldn’t figure out the noise either so Robert wanted to do another front alignment and I told him no we already had it done somewhere else. Very disappointed.
